Orthodontic Clinical Assistant (Part-Time with Opportunity for Full-Time) RenewAll Orthodontics – Smyrna, GA

Position Overview We are seeking a part-time Orthodontic Clinical Assistant with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the practice continues to grow. This position is ideal for someone who is cross-trained or interested in both clinical assisting and front desk responsibilities.

Compensation Based on experience

Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties: • Assist the orthodontist during procedures (braces, Invisalign, expanders, etc.) • Take digital scans (iTero), photos, and radiographs • Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories • Provide patient education and post-op instructions • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols Front Desk Support: • Greet and check in/out patients with a friendly, professional demeanor • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow • Assist with treatment coordination and financial discussions (as trained) • Verify insurance and support administrative workflows • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office

Qualifications • Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred • Experience with digital scanning (iTero) is a plus • Front desk or customer service experience strongly preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
