Endodontic Dental Assistant

We are a new endodontic practice seeking an experienced dental assistant to help build a highly efficient, patient-focused office from the ground up.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a specialty setting and wants to be part of a strong, well-organized team from day one.

💰 Compensation $23–$28/hour depending on experience Paid holidays PTO

🦷 What You’ll Do Chairside assisting for endodontic procedures Prepare and turn over rooms efficiently Take radiographs and maintain clinical flow Support a smooth, on-time schedule Help create a calm, positive patient experience

🎯 What We’re Looking For 2+ years dental assisting experience (endo preferred, not required) Strong chairside skills and anticipation Organized, efficient, and able to keep pace in a productive environment Positive, team-oriented attitude
