Associate General Dentist

*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various procedures, and educating patients on oral health. Our practice values teamwork, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach. *Duties* * Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions. * Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and root canals. * Provide preventive care through cleanings, fluoride treatments, and patient education on oral hygiene. * Manage pediatric dentistry cases with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for children. * Maintain accurate medical records using Epic software while adhering to HIPAA regulations. * Ensure compliance with infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment. * Collaborate with dental hygienists and office staff to deliver exceptional patient care. * Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training. *Experience* * A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required. * Proficiency in general dentistry practices; experience in endodontics and pediatric dentistry is preferred. * Familiarity with dental office management software such as Dentrix is advantageous. * Knowledge of dental fabrication techniques is a plus. * Strong understanding of infection control standards and practices within the dental field. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
