Dental Hygienist

We are a full service team oriented Dental practice that strives to serve and educate our patients into complete health. We have 90 min new patient exams and 60 minute recurring patient exams and cleanings with a cooperative care approach. We offer LANAP, LAPIP, SC/RP, Probiotics, TMJD therapy, sleep apnea and myofunctional therapy approaches so your patients have all the options they need to achieve health.

License: Valid TN Dental Hygiene license (or ability to transfer)

What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including periodontal assessments and charting Perform SC/RP (scaling and root planing) and periodontal maintenance as indicated Educate patients on oral–systemic health, home care, and preventive strategies Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to support complete treatment plans Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes and digital charting Pitch in as needed to support teammates and ensure a smooth, positive patient experience Preferred Experience & Skills Experience with SC/RP and periodontal therapy Interest or experience in using probiotics as part of oral and periodontal care Anesthesia certification (or eligibility) is a plus Spanish language is a plus Strong communication skills and a gentle, patient-centered chairside manner Comfort with electronic records and modern practice systems Requirements Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Tennessee, or ability to transfer Desire to serve others through excellent care and education Team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed If you’re looking for a practice where quality is valued over speed, and where everyone supports each other, we’d love to talk with you.
