Associate Dentist

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and will possess a strong foundation in various dental procedures. This role requires a commitment to patient assessment, treatment planning, and the execution of dental services in a supportive and collaborative environment. *Duties* * Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. * Conduct dental extractions, oral surgeries, and other necessary procedures with precision. * Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. * Fabricate dental appliances and restorations as required. * Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. * Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency. * Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout all procedures. * Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development. *Qualifications* * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. * Valid dental license to practice in the state. * Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental office management software is preferred. * Strong skills in patient care, including effective communication and interpersonal abilities. * Experience with dental extractions, oral surgery, medical imaging, and fabrication of dental appliances is highly desirable. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance within the practice. * A commitment to providing compassionate care while fostering a positive patient experience.
