ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for an experienced Business Team Member who feels aligned with our mission and values. Someone who naturally brings warmth, clarity, and steadiness — the kind of teammate who elevates everyone around them.

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ARE:

 Emotionally mature and open to learning biological dentistry
 Skilled at guiding patients with compassion and plain-language communication
 Adaptable, organized, and comfortable with technology
 Naturally collaborative — we operate as one team, not silos
 Bilingual (English/Spanish) — highly preferred
 Experienced in dental business operations and structure (minimum 10 years required), understanding how to make and implement systems, manage teams, handle things easily and early, before they become an issue that requires more energy to resolve.
 Experience as a dental assistant is a bonus.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 10 years experience in a dental business office Curve Dental experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish Strong treatment planning + patient communication skills Comfort with digital and high-tech systems Your DISC profile (please include it or upload it)
