Associate Dentist

*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for all patients. *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and oral surgery. * Diagnose and treatment plan using principles of evidence based dentistry. * Utilize imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately. * Maintain accurate dental records and documentation of patient treatments. * Collaborate with dental team to provide comprehensive care and enhance efficiency during procedures. * Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care. * Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best care possible. *Skills* * Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques. * Experience or specialization in sedation dentistry. * Experience with digital workflows, use of digital scanners, in-office milling and 3D printing is preferred. * Experience with digital dental imaging technologies. CBCT experience is desired. * Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. * Experience using Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software. * Proficiency with oral surgery and endodontics. * Interest in implants and clear aligner therapy. * Licensed to provide nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation. * Excellent communication skills to foster patient relationships and provide clear instructions. * Ideal candidates - 3+ years experience or a GPR/AEGD.
