Associate Dentist

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. Position open to Thursdays from 11am-8pm. 5 year experience minimum. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will possess a comprehensive understanding of various dental procedures. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient experiences while maintaining the highest standards of dental practice. *Duties* * Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. * Execute a variety of dental procedures including, but not limited to, general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, and dental extractions. * Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and infection control. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions and treatments. * Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide efficient patient care. * Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care. * Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient outcomes. *Skills* * Proficiency in prosthodontics and general dentistry practices. * Strong understanding of aseptic technique and infection control protocols. * Experience with dental extractions and related procedures. * Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dentistry. * Knowledge of Dentrix software for managing patient records effectively. * Experience in pediatrics is a plus, enhancing the ability to treat younger patients compassionately. * Solid understanding of anatomy as it relates to dental health. * Ability to maintain meticulous medical records and documentation for compliance with regulations.
