Job Title: Dental Lab Technician / Assistant (Prosthodontics)

Location: 3535 Randolph Rd, Suite 107, Charlotte, NC 28211 Schedule: 4 days per week, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Additional Hours: Occasional surgical days on Fridays (advance notice provided)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Dental Lab Technician who is also willing to assist clinically when needed. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and hands-on aspects of dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, adjust, and repair dental prosthetics (crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.)
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure a clean, organized workspace
• Assist the prosthodontist and clinical team with patient care as needed
• Support the lead dental assistant during procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Experience as a dental lab technician (prosthodontics experience preferred)
• Willingness and ability to assist chairside when needed
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Familiarity with dental materials, tools, and lab procedures
