Associate General Dentist

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our growing family practice in Montrose! The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Experience preferred, but not required. We have a brand new state-of-the-art office and offer most dental procedures, so the candidate should be comfortable performing these procedures or be willing to have training to learn how to perform them at the highest level. Pay is production based and really has no limit. *Duties* * Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental needs. * Perform a variety of dental procedures, including comprehensive and limited examinations, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and so on. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. * Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care to promote overall wellness. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Utilize medical imaging technology for diagnostics and treatment planning. * Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. * Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training. *Requirements* * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. * Valid dental license to practice in Colorado * Proficient in general dentistry practices and patient care techniques. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients of all ages. * Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all patients.
