🦷 About Our Practice • Fee-for-service, patient-focused care • 1 Dentist, 2 Hygienists (1 full-time, 1 part-time) • Consistent schedule: Monday–Thursday (great work-life balance!) • Supportive, team-oriented environment where you’ll be valued

💼 What You’ll Do Front Office (Primary Role): • Welcome and connect with patients—create an exceptional first impression • Manage scheduling, reception, and data entry • Insurance verification, breakdowns, and clear patient communication • Treatment planning support and financial discussions • Oversee and maintain hygiene recall system (a critical role in patient care continuity) Clinical (As Needed): • Assist the doctor chairside • Take digital X-rays • Seat patients and ensure comfort • Take impressions and/or Scan with iTero and assist with procedures (including Zoom Whitening) • Maintain operatory flow, sterilization, and room turnover • Step in to support the team during high patient flow or absences


✅ What We’re Looking For • Dental office experience (Minimum 5 years required) • Experience in both front office and clinical assisting • Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning • Excellent communication and customer service skills • A self-starter who is organized, dependable, and proactive • Someone who is friendly, driven, and truly cares about patients and teammates
