Orthodontic Dental Front Office

Join our team at Hashem Orthodontics! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced dental front office professional to join our day-to-day front desk operations. This role is the first point of contact for our patients, so we’re looking for someone who is confident, personable, and comfortable handling scheduling, insurance, and patient communication in a dental setting. Responsibilities: • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries • Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience • Verify and update patient demographics, insurance, and billing information • Check patients in/out and ensure all required documentation is completed • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations • Keep the front office and reception area organized and presentable • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Dental front office experience required (orthodontic experience a plus) • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Only candidates with prior dental front office experience will be considered.
