Prosthodontic Dental Assistant
Job Description
We are a small, boutique prosthodontic practice specializing in removable prosthodontics (complete dentures, partial dentures, and implant dentures) and smile restoration, and we are looking for a dedicated, warm, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the clinical and artistic aspects of dentistry and wants to grow within the specialty of prosthodontics.
Responsibilities: -Assist the doctor during prosthodontic procedures -Take impressions, records, and assist with removable prosthetic workflows -Work closely with our in-house laboratory technician -Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical organization -Educate and support patients throughout treatment -Help create a welcoming and comfortable patient experience -Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communication
Qualifications: -Warm, friendly, and welcoming demeanor -Punctual and dependable -Strong team player with a positive attitude -Interest in prosthodontics and the laboratory/artistic aspect of dentistry -Good hand skills and attention to detail -Understanding of dental terminology and general dentistry -Reliable transportation -Dental assisting experience preferred
What We Offer: Competitive salary Schedule that allows great work life balance 401(k) matching Supportive, family-like work environment Opportunity to learn specialized prosthodontic and laboratory skills Meaningful involvement in transforming patients’ smiles and confidence A practice culture focused on quality over quantity
If you are passionate about dentistry, enjoy working closely with patients, and want to be part of a practice where craftsmanship and personalized care truly matter, we would love to hear from you.
