Smile Land Family Dental, led by Dr. Bassam Abazid, DDS, is looking for a positive, treatment-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Northwest San Antonio. We're a patient-first practice known for compassionate, high-quality family and cosmetic dentistry and we're looking for someone who shares our drive to help patients say 'yes' to the care they need.

What You'll Do

You'll work alongside Dr. Abazid, running two columns with a dedicated assistant so you can focus on what you do best: delivering thorough, anxiety-free care and educating patients on the treatments that will keep them smiling for life.

Provide preventive cleanings and periodontal maintenance Identify and present same-day treatment opportunities with confidence and compassion Partner with our clinical team to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes Build trusted relationships with patients of all ages

What We Offer Incentive pay model - our hygienists consistently earn well above base hourly through treatment-based incentives.
