*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dynamic dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment journey. This role requires a strong background in general dentistry, along with proficiency in patient assessment and care. Familiarity with dental software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix, as well as knowledge of HIPAA regulations, is essential for maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring patient confidentiality. *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. * Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and prosthodontics. * Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. * Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Educate patients on oral health care practices and preventive measures. * Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care. * Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best possible service. *Qualifications* * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. * Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. * Proficiency in using dental software such as Open Dental is preferred. * Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and medical records management. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort. * Experience in general dentistry; additional experience in prosthodontics is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while providing high-quality patient care. * Pediatric experience is a plus as you will be referred all the pediatric patients. * experience in restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, veneers, simple root canals are preferred.
