Associate Dentist – Altamonte Springs, FL Full-Time | 4 Days/Week (Monday–Thursday) | Family Dental Practice

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our well-established, privately owned family dental practice in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

This is a unique opportunity for a dentist who is looking to step into a lead clinical role as the sole provider, with strong support from an experienced team and an established patient base.

Position Highlights:

Serve as the primary/sole dentist in the practice Provide comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, endodontics preferred) Maintain high standards of patient care and communication Ability to build long-term patient relationships

Ideal Candidate:

DMD or DDS from an accredited program Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Florida Confident in comprehensive treatment planning and clinical execution Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable working independently
