*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. This role involves performing a variety of dental procedures, including Molar Endos, and Extractions of wisdom teeth. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our dental team to deliver exceptional service in a friendly and professional environment. *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health needs. * Perform a range of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics. * Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments and progress. * Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a positive experience for younger patients. * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies. * Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care. * Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques. *Requirements* * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. * Minimum of 3 years experience * Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. * Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry. * Experience with Dentrix software is preferred. * Strong skills in patient assessment and management of dental conditions. * Ability to perform complex procedures such as root canal therapy and dental extractions. * Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patients. * Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dental office environment.
