*WE NEED A GENERAL DENTIST TO JOIN OUR DENTAL FAMILY!!!* We have an amazing team in our Dowling Park location, and the only thing missing is---- YOU! We have incredible office hours of 8a-5p Monday-Thursday, with THREE DAY WEEKENDS, EVERY WEEKEND! We are closed every weekend and all major holidays. We offer 401K, dental, vision, health, and life insurance plans. Our Tallahassee location is a privately owned office with state-of-the-art technology. We are looking for a tenured general dentist passionate about dentistry who puts patient needs first and has a compassionate disposition. The general dentist will have access to an average of 300-400 new patients a month. This location is comprised of FFS and PPO patients ONLY, with no Medicaid/Medicare acceptance. The compensation package is based off PRODUCTION and there is no deduction for the doctor's lab bills. The average full time doctor produces $100k monthly, and easily brings home over $300,000 a year. Student loan reimbursement is also available!!! General Dentist Responsibilities & Duties: * Fixing or removing damaged teeth * Filling cavities * Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient’s health * Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues * Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health * Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care * Measuring and fitting dental appliances * Referring patients to a specialist if needed General Dentist Skills & Requirements * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation * A state of Florida license to practice dentistry * Patience when dealing with patients * Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care * Good attention to detail * Able to work with hands in small spaces * Good problem-solving skills * 2+ years experience working in a General Dentistry office Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $500,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * No nights * No weekends Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Retention bonus Experience: * General dentistry: 2 years (Required) * Implant Placement: 1 year (Preferred) * Molar Endo: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Gainesville, FL 32606 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Gainesville, FL 32606: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
