Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Primary Care Pediatrician who is passionate about practicing medicine in a more intentional, patient-centered setting.
This role is focused on clinical care only, with minimal administrative burden and no involvement in business operations, marketing, or practice development.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care:

Provide pediatric care including well visits, sick visits, and developmental assessments

Conduct occasional home visits as scheduled

Manage patient care including prescriptions, labs, and follow-up communication

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Patient Communication:

Be available for patient communication (calls and messages)

Provide prompt, clinically appropriate responses consistent with concierge-level care
Workshops:
- Participate in two prenatal breastfeeding workshops per month (approximately 4 hours total monthly)
What This Role Does NOT Include

No business meetings unrelated to clinical care

No responsibility for clinical workflows, policies, or procedures

No involvement in vaccine inventory, ordering, or administrative compliance (AHCA/VFC)

No responsibility for referrals, insurance coordination, or administrative follow-up

No requirement to be in the office outside of scheduled patient visits
Schedule & Structure

Approximately 15-25 hours per week of active clinical work

Flexible scheduling based on patient needs

No daily in-office requirement

Work is centered around scheduled visits and patient care responsibilities
Qualifications

MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics

Active and unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)

BLS certification required; PALS preferred

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Comfortable working in a smaller, relationship-focused practice
