Dental Hygienist needed for boutique Santa Cruz family-owned dental practice.

Our practice has been serving the Santa Cruz community for 40 years and is now in its second generation of family ownership. We have an incredible loyal patient base that we have been taking great care of for decades and we have cared for several generations of families.

We are seeking a RDH who can deliver quality cleanings and educate our patients to achieve optimal dental care. We pride ourselves on patient care as well as an enjoyable, warm and friendly patient experience. We are looking for a team member who enjoys their work, is a good communicator, has a positive outlook, and good attention to detail. If that's you, we want to hear from you! We have a long term stable and happy staff in all positions and are filling this position due to a retirement of a long term team member.

$1,000 Sign On Bonus after 6 months is completed. We will have available 2 days a week (Tuesday- Wednesday) with option to add Thursdays.

A full hour is dedicated to each patient in your own treatment room; the doctor completes exams in separate room as to not interrupt your time to focus on thorough cleaning, treatment and patient education including OHI.
