ABOUT THE ROLE You'll join a busy, well-run office with strong new patient flow and a loyal, high-case-acceptance patient base. Full days are the norm — not because we pack the schedule, but because patients show up, trust us, and follow through on care. You'll have consistent clinical volume, real support, and the freedom to produce at a high level while delivering care you're proud of.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Before anything else, we're looking for someone who is coachable, communicates openly, and takes genuine pride in their work. The credentials matter — but the person behind them matters more.

MUST-HAVE • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school • Active California dental license (or eligibility to obtain) • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience • DEA registration • Current CPR/BLS certification NICE-TO-HAVE • CEREC / CAD-CAM workflow experience • Implant, Invisalign, or cosmetic training • Comfort with oral surgery (extractions, minor bone grafting) • Familiarity with Eaglesoft or Dentrix • Bilingual (Spanish is a plus)

COMPENSATION Compensation is production-based at 30% of collections, with a daily guarantee that scales with your experience ($850–$1,000/day — exact structure discussed based on your background). All lab fees are covered by the practice. If applicable, we're also open to discussing CE allowance, malpractice, and benefits for the right candidate.
