We have one hygiene chair opening — and we are choosing carefully. New Orchard Dentistry has served the West Bloomfield community for 26 years. Our standard is simple: every patient deserves to be known, cared for, and treated with genuine excellence. Our hygienists don’t cycle through — they build careers here. One has been with us for 13 years. Our patients grow up with us. We see them at five years old, nervous in the chair for the first time. We see them graduate, get married, and bring their own children in. That kind of continuity only happens when the people providing care are exceptional, consistent, and genuinely invested. What we offer: Compensation & Benefits • $42–$48/hr based on experience + performance bonus tied to overall practice collections • Medical and dental benefits • Up to 3 weeks paid vacation • 3 paid sick days

Schedule & Environment • ~28 clinical hours per week • Predictable alternating schedule: Mon–Wed one week, Mon–Thu + every other Saturday the next — plan your life two weeks out, every time • Warm, stable team of 8 people who take their work seriously and support each other • A workplace that is safe — financially, emotionally, and professionally
