What You’ll Bring to The Team: • Experience & Licensing: 5+ years of chairside experience and a current, active Texas RDA License are required • Reliability: You are a professional who shows up on time, every time, ready to hit the ground running. • Proactive Mindset: You’re a self-starter who anticipates the doctor’s needs and stays two steps ahead. • The “Plus” Skills: Experience with front desk duties is a major advantage • Organization: You’re a multitasking master who keeps a clean, organized operatory and lab

Core Responsibilities: • Provide high-level 4-handed chairside assistance for general and/or specialty procedures. • Take high-quality digital x-rays • Manage HIPPA, OSHA, and sterilization protocols, lab cases and supply inventory precision • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care with a positive, friendly attitude • Assist the front office team as needed

Your New Schedule: • Monday & Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM • Tuesday & Thursday: 6:45 AM-4:00 PM (Early out for afternoon errands!) • Every Other Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM (Hello, long weekends!) • With an hour lunch to nourish our bodies (Yes that’s wright a whole hour!)
