Dental Front Office
Job Description
Patient Experience Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator
Are you the kind of person who wants more than “just a job”?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where people genuinely care about excellence, growth, accountability, and creating an incredible patient experience?
At Family Dentistry, we are building something special.
We are a privately owned, relationship-focused dental practice that believes dentistry should feel different — for both patients and team members. We are passionate about creating a positive, high-performing culture where great people can grow personally and professionally while making a real impact every single day.
This is NOT a traditional front desk position.
This is a patient experience + treatment coordination role that directly influences patient trust, case acceptance, office growth, and the overall experience of our practice.
You will be one of the key faces and voices of the office — helping patients feel comfortable, informed, cared for, and confident moving forward with treatment.
If you love connecting with people, communicating clearly, staying organized, and being part of a driven team culture, this could be an incredible fit.
