Dental Hygienist

We are looking to expand our hygiene department. Our small, patient centered, one doctor practice is looking for out going person to add to our amazing staff. Prefer someone with experience who feels comfortable speaking to patients and making them feel at ease. We are a small private practice looking for someone who is a good fit for our close knit team. Computer skills and dental knowledge a must. OpenDental experience is preferred.

This position would be 1-2 days per week now, then bump up more later this fall when one of our hygienist goes on maternity leave. Never more than 3-4 days a week. We currently have 1 hygienist Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Thursday and Friday 2 hygienist. We would like to have 2 hygienist every day we are open. Ideally our new addition would work Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. We are flexible and are open to reworking our schedule if absolutely needed.

Our current work week is : Monday - 9a-4p, Tuesday 7a-4p (lunch from 12p-1p), Wednesday 7a-4p (lunch from 12p-1p), Thursday 7a-4p (lunch from 12p-1p), Friday 7a-2p with a rotating Monday, Wednesday, or Friday closed days. So 4 day weekends occasionally :)

1 hour for recare and 1.5 hours for new patients. Fully digital office. Cavitron. Not assisted hygiene.
