Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our fun and welcoming dental family! We are a small, boutique-style practice serving PPO and cash patients, focused on providing high-quality, personalized care in a positive and supportive environment.
Our team currently includes: 1 Dentist 1 Dental Assistant 1 Full-Time Hygienist 1 Part-Time Hygienist
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow throughout the office while delivering exceptional patient care. We are looking for someone who is dependable, team-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about dentistry. Candidates with at least 5 years of dental assisting experience are preferred.

Pay: Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM One Friday per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Team members should expect to arrive approximately 15–30 minutes before opening and remain 15–30 minutes after closing for setup and end-of-day responsibilities. We do not formally close for lunch, but breaks are provided throughout the day.
Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including fillings, crowns, endodontics, and restorative treatments Assist with oral surgery procedures, including extractions and surgical setups Support Invisalign procedures and workflows as needed Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are ready Take and process dental X-rays while following all safety protocols Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Perform infection control procedures to maintain a safe clinical environment Assist with scheduling appointments and front office duties as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the practice Operate and assist with intraoral scanners and digital scanning systems
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures Experience with Invisalign is a plus Oral surgery assisting experience preferred Understanding of infection control standards and protocols Ability to operate dental equipment, including X-ray systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with the team
