Lead Dental Assistant

Opportunity for an experienced, professional Oklahoma registered dental assistant, with *x-ray permit and polishing certificate *to join an established N.W. Oklahoma City private practice. We have family friendly work philosophy, supportive and kind staff, organized and punctual scheduling. Professional demeanor and communication, reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to multitask are crucial skills .

*30 work hours *per week, 7:45am-4:45pm on M,Tu,Th, and 7:45am-2pm on Friday

Important skills :

-mandatory sterile techniques

-fabricating temporary crowns and bridges

-taking alginate impressions while minding patient comfort

-pouring and trimming models with accuracy

-polishing skills

-accurate diagnostic full mouth digital x-rays

-skilled chairside assisting ability, especially with 2nd molars

-sterilization and equipment maintenance management

-efficient and orderly time management skills

-organize inventory and order supplies

-competent note taking and record keeping skills

-clear communication skills
