We are excited to be growing in a newly built, state-of-the-art endodontic office, thoughtfully designed to support exceptional patient care and an outstanding team experience. We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Dental Assistant who is eager to grow in a specialty practice that values both technical precision and genuine human connection.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a vital role in creating smooth, positive experiences for both patients and doctors:

• Assist endodontists during root canal procedures and treatments
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms using top-tier sterilization standards
• Help patients feel comfortable and reassured with kindness and professionalism
• Capture and manage digital radiographs and patient records accurately
• Keep supplies organized and workflows efficient in a modern, paperless setting
• Collaborate with a supportive, close-knit team that values excellence and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

We value heart and mindset first—experience is a plus, but not required:

• Current Minnesota Dental Assistant license (required)
• Dental assisting experience welcomed but not necessary—we enjoy training and mentoring new assistants
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Calm, confident demeanor and a genuine desire to help others
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
