About Our Practice
Join the family at Lynn Dental Care! We are seeking a visionary Office Manager to round out our talented team, optimize production, and champion our high-end, fee-for-service practice in Dallas.
The office is led by a 3rd-generation restorative dentist who is also board-certified in periodontics and implant surgery and dental sleep medicine. The practice is proudly joined by a 4th-generation female dentist, offering an exceptional continuum of care that includes sedation dentistry, periodontics, and advanced restorative treatments.
Our office provides comprehensive care through a holistic lens, emphasizing the oral systemic connection and caring for our patients as a whole. You will be joining a highly collaborative team that includes two doctors, two hygienists, dedicated chairsides and administrative team. We are ready for the right leader to elevate us to the next level!
What You'll Do
In addition to general dental administrative duties, this position will focus heavily on team leadership and comprehensive practice management: • Treatment Presentations & Agreements: Confidently present large treatment plans and financial agreements in a warm, patient-centered, and consultation-focused setting. • Financial & Practice Management: Monitor practice financials, including tracking key statistics and performance metrics. • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and hold the team accountable while fostering a positive, professional, and supportive culture. • Accounts Receivable: Manage statements and oversee Accounts Receivable tracking. • Marketing & Growth: Partner with the team to spearhead marketing efforts, increase production, and drive overall practice growth. • Operational Agility: Lead by example with a hands-on approach, proactively supporting daily front office tasks and patient communications during peak times.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within a privately owned or high-end dental practice. • Demonstrated ability to present and close larger treatment plans and financial agreements. • Administrative Management experience required. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to improve office culture and harmony. • Statistically savvy and highly comfortable tracking practice metrics and financial health. • A growth-oriented mindset with a strong awareness of dental marketing strategies. • Excellent verbal communication skills; emotionally mature, calm under pressure, and highly accountable. • Experience with Dentrix is considered a distinct advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 Salary negotiable with commensurate experience

Schedule • Monday - Thursday: 7:40 AM - 5:00 PM • Friday: 7:40 AM - 12:00 PM
