This position offers the potential for future partnership of Lake Ridge Pediatric Dentistry, allowing the incoming Pediatric Dentist to build, grow, and shape the practice according to their clinical vision and leadership style.

3 open-bay chairs
2 private treatment operatories
1,415 square feet of efficient, patient-friendly space

You will co-own Lake Ridge Orthodontics, creating a seamless continuum of care for families in the community. This partnership offers built-in referral synergy, clinical collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence in family dental care.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist
Hold (or be eligible for) a Virginia dental license
Possess strong leadership and ownership mindset
