We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager or Expanded Function Treatment Coordinator to help lead our growing dental practice and create an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily practice operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Maintain productive schedules for dentists and hygienists Monitor accounts receivable and reduce claims aging beyond 90 days Maintain a monthly collection percentage of 90% or higher Lead daily morning huddles and identify opportunities for same-day treatment Support and motivate the dental team while fostering a positive office culture Promote teamwork, open communication, and exceptional customer service Monitor patient feedback and continuously improve the patient experience Present treatment plans and support patients through their care journey Communicate regularly with the Director of Operations regarding office performance, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement Ensure compliance with office protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish is required due to our high volume of Spanish-speaking patients Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager or Treatment Coordinator required Strong knowledge of PPO insurance, dental billing, accounts receivable, and claims management Experience with insurance claims filing and appeals Familiarity with Open Dental software preferred Experience with CareCredit and SunBit applications and transactions preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Professional conflict resolution abilities with both patients and team members Ability to adapt, learn new systems, and confidently uphold office protocols Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Passion for personal and professional growth
