Advanced Endodontics of South Walton is seeking an exceptional Lead Endodontic Assistant to join our growing specialty practice in Miramar Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities • Chairside assisting for endodontic procedures • CBCT imaging and digital radiography • Patient education and communication • Room setup and turnover • Sterilization and infection control • Maintaining efficient clinical flow • Assisting with microscope-based procedures • Inventory and supply management • Helping create an exceptional patient experience • Supporting overall team culture and office efficiency

Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years dental assisting experience preferred • Endodontic, oral surgery, perio, or specialty experience strongly preferred • Florida radiology certification required • Expanded functions certification preferred • CBCT experience preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Calm, professional demeanor • Ability to multitask efficiently • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level, with bonus opportunities and benefits package included.
