Dental Assistant

Our growing dental office in Keller is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to become part of our team. We are a busy practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and supportive work environment. Position Overview: As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will work alongside the dentist and clinical staff to support a variety of dental procedures while helping create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist chairside during exams and procedures
• Take digital X-rays and support diagnostic evaluations
• Prepare treatment rooms and organize instruments prior to appointments
• Sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection control protocols
• Assist with preventive, restorative, and general dental treatments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and home care techniques
• Help with scheduling, patient communication, and additional front-office duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Comfortable working closely with patients in a clinical environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team setting
• Reliable, professional, and motivated
• Experience with dental software is preferred but not required
