Dental Front Office

We are a private upbeat dental practice seeking to have a welcoming and organized front office team member with a MINIMUM of 2-3 years DENTAL FRONT OFFICE experience. The right candidate must be:

• Attention to DETAIL and Great Multitasker
• MUST be RESPONSIBLE and able to work INDEPENDENTLY
• MUST be familiar with Dentrix.
• Knowledge of dental coding and treatment planning as well as treatment options
• Knowledge of financing options including Sunbit and Carecredit
• Be familiar with PPO and Medicaid insurance

Duties include:

• Greeting all patients as they walk in with a smile!
• Checking In/Out of all patients
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Handling of patient concerns and needs in a timely manner
• Treatment planning with the ability to provide options for payment and setting up payment plans and complete knowledge of dental coding
• Scheduling for success
• Collecting and posting of payments
• Verification and accurate input of insurance benefits. Knowledge of IAP a plus
• Ability to think outside of the box -Submission of electronic claims with NEA attachments

Hours include Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Wednesday and Friday 8:00am-3pm.
