Surgical Dental Front Office

We are needing a friendly bilingual front desk person to come join our team. We are a very busy dental practice, so dental knowledge would be ideal but is not required. The tasks would be to greet patients, help answer phones, check in patients, register patients, make appointments, collect payments, and confirm appointments. You would be here to help our main front desk with anything else that may come up as well. That might be replying to emails, requesting x-rays and referral letters for patients coming in for appointments. The schedule would be Monday - Thursday 8-5 pm and Friday 8-12 pm.
