Charlotte Progressive Dentistry is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Dental Assistant II to join our growing team in our modern two-doctor South Charlotte office.

We’re looking for someone who loves dentistry, enjoys building relationships with patients, and wants to grow in a progressive, technology-driven environment.

📋 Requirements: ✔ NC Dental Assistant II Certification ✔ Coronal Polishing Certification ✔ Radiology Certification (NC) ✔ Strong communication and patient education skills ✔ Ability to confidently discuss treatment with patients ✔ Interest in modern dentistry and evolving dental technology

✨ Ideal Candidate: • Positive, dependable, and proactive • Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting • Detail-oriented and organized • Interested in learning all areas of modern dentistry • Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience

💺 Position Details: • Chairside assisting only • Experience with Dentrix preferred • Experience or interest in 3D printing technology is a plus

🗓 Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mondays off 👏)

💰 Compensation & Benefits: • Starting pay: $28+/hour (based on experience) • Scrubs provided • 401(k) with match for eligible employees • PTO for eligible employees • Dental benefits for employee and family
