Spanish Bilingual Insurance Coordinator Needed
Private Practice Dental Office – Mallard Creek Area
We are a well-established, modern dental practice seeking a Full-Time Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team. If you’re organized, patient-focused, and confident in presenting treatment and financial options, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify policies and update insurance data; uploading completed verification forms; Assist treatment coordinators with insurance data; prepare copays for all hygiene visits; communicate with patients about their insurance policies; able to assist with hygiene retention; maintain front office duties.
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of Dental Front Office; Enthusiastic personality that is willing to lean and grow with the team; Ability to multi task and stay on schedule; Strong work ethics; Have a positive attitude/growth willingness to help others; Flexible and adapt to changes; Excellent computer skills; High school degree, GED or related; Minimum of 1-2 years in a dental front office; Knowledge of dental procedures and insurance billings codes; Ability to work with limited supervision

Qualifications:
