Lynn Dental Care is excited to announce Dr. Madeline Lynn-Sidhu to the practice, and we are looking to add an additional RDA to our team.

We are a very established, progressive, private practice in North Dallas seeking an outgoing Full Time Expanded Function Chairside Assistant with Surgical Experience for our complete health dentistry practice. Must have super initiative and a servant leader heart. Qualities we are seeking are a sincere desire to learn, takes initiative, responsive, responsible, reliable and articulate. DENTRIX software knowledge preferred. Experienced with same day crowns knowledge a plus! We implemented in house milling (same day crowns) and are seeking an expanded skills RDA to help with providing this technology to our patients.

Factors leading to a higher pay scale include: Multi- unit temporization skills . Sleep dentistry and oral sleep appliance knowledge is also a huge plus (OSA). Fast work pace, makes Great temporaries quickly, reliable and punctual, skilled at surgical assisting 'Only have to show you once' Attitude. Do patients ask for you personally?? Top pay for the right person!

MUST have a MINIMUM of 3 years dental experience, be a FAST LEARNER, have a big smile and be able to MULTITASK in a fast-paced environment.

Monday- Thursday 7:40am-5:15pm,.... some Fridays for training Salary equal to skills/ability and experience.

FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE PATIENTS, WE ARE USING OZONE WATER (as a pre-procedural rinse and in our dental unit water bottles) AND OZONE GAS IN THE OFFICE TO DO MANY THINGS AS WELL
