Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Part-Time

Location: DeForest, WI Current Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Last Thursday of Each Month *We are willing to change hygiene days to fit RDH schedule

We are looking for an experienced Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our family-friendly dental practice in DeForest, WI. This part-time role offers a great opportunity for a hygienist passionate about periodontal care, patient education, and delivering high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and non-surgical periodontal therapy -Conduct periodontal charting, risk assessments, and provide detailed care for patients with periodontal disease -Work closely with the dentist to co-diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans -Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the systemic links between oral and overall health -Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations -Assist in achieving practice production goals and patient retention through exceptional care and communication

Qualifications:

-Valid state RDH license -Local Anesthesia Certification -Nitrous Oxide Certification -Experience with periodontics and non-surgical periodontal therapy preferred -Strong patient education and communication skills -Ability to work both independently and as part of a team-oriented practice -Familiarity with Open Dental software (preferred but not required) -Experience in pediatrics is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

-Competitive hourly pay or production-based pay options -Pay based on experience and performance

Pay: $50.00 – $62.00 per hour
