Dental Assistant

Currently seeking an energetic individual that has at least 1-2 years of experience for immediate placement for Front Desk Personnel. NEW GRADUATES are welcomed to apply if you have front desk experience. Experience is a plus but willing for the position. Pay is based on experience, the office also has a remote assistant as well that also assist with insurance verification. Applicant must be proficient in taking phones, taking payments, verifying insurance, calling patients to confirm appointments if the patient doesn't respond to text messaging application in place, reviewing treatment plans, filling the schedule, meeting daily and monthly goals, will to learn Dentrix software, Dental Intel and Cherry Financing. Understanding front desk tasks and the ability to make patients comfortable at check in. The office is equipped with Sidexis (Cephlometric, Panoramic, CT), Dentrix and Dexis Software and digital photos. Applicant must be comfortable making temporaries (provisional), taking alginate dental impressions, dental bite registration, sterilization, room set-up and all the duties involved with dental assisting. The office will be to treating limited amount of orthodontics with archwire(s) and brackets. Please come to the interview dressed professionally or in neat scrubs. No sandals, open toes shoes, crocs with holes in them, strapless shirt and/or dress. Tennis shoes and acceptable clinic shoes are fine. This is a professional environment please treat as such. The hours of operation are Tuesday-Thursday 8:15 am- 4:30 pm, Friday 8:15 am- 1:30 pm. If this position appears to be something your are interested in.
