Dentist

We are a privately owned small dental practice in Grand Prairie,TX looking for an Associate Dentist with 2 years of clinical experience or GPR/AEGD experience who values independence, clinical integrity, and quality patient care.

The office provides comprehensive dental care including cleaning, oral surgery, fixed and removable prosthodontics, endodontics, orthodontics, implants etc.

The doctor will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient in diagnosing and treating dental conditions and diseases
• Conducting routine dental exams and cleanings
• Developing treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
• Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Maintaining accurate dental records
• Performing basic dental procedures such as fillings, crowns and basic extractions.

Skills:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• TX State license to practice dentistry
• Ability to follow all dental office procedures and protocols
• Diagnosing dental pathology using dental radiographs and CBCT.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new techniques including orthodontics, implants and endodontics.
• Use digital technology to enhance patient experience.

Compensation:

Daily Base of 700 ~ 800/day depending on the experience, or 30~40% collection after the initial period. Compensation is negotiable.
