Dental Treatment Coordinator Location: Knoxville, TN Job Type: Full-time Monday-Thursday About the Role We are looking for an experienced outgoing, detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You will be the bridge between clinical recommendations and patient acceptance, ensuring that our patients feel confident and informed about their dental care journeys. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, possesses a deep understanding of dental insurance and financing, and has a passion for providing a five-star patient experience. Financial Coordination: Provide accurate fee estimates and navigate insurance benefits to maximize patient coverage. Patient Advocacy: Present financing options (such as CareCredit or internal plans) to make comprehensive dentistry accessible for every patient. Schedule Management: Follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain a consistent flow for the clinical team’s production goals.
Qualifications Experience of 2 years in a dental front-office or treatment coordinator role (Experience in cosmetic or restorative dentistry is a plus). Knowledge: Strong proficiency in dental terminology, coding (CDT), and insurance verification. Software: Familiarity with dental practice management software ( Eaglesoft ) Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss financial matters comfortably and professionally. Organization: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple treatment plans simultaneously.
