Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and personable Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, builds strong relationships with patients, and contributes to a positive team environment. We are looking for a strong lead dental assistant that would supervise existing office systems to achieve maximum efficiency. However, we will consider someone with less experience and invest in training. You’ll play an important role in supporting the doctor, ensuring smooth clinical flow via facilitating communications with front office and auxiliary dental assistants in addition to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.
What You’ll Do
*Assist the dentist during procedures *Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories *Take dental X-rays *Support patient education and help explain treatments/ present treatment plans *Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures *Maintain accurate clinical records *Supervise auxiliary assistants and Collaborate with the front office team to keep the schedule running smoothly

Qualifications *Dental assisting experience preferred 5+years (will consider less with strong willingness to learn and engagement in training) *X-ray certification: [Required] *Strong interpersonal and communication skills *Positive, team-oriented attitude *Comfortable supporting patient education and treatment discussions *Eaglesoft experience is a plus
