Dental Front Office

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator and Biller to lead our busy practice located in the Miracle Mile. We are seeking a detail orientated individual who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of dental insurance billing and staff management expertise. The successful candidate will oversee daily functions, coordinate patient treatment plans, oversee billing & accounts receivable. Please only apply if you are proficient with Dentrix.

Duties:

1. Manage the overall operations of the dental office, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow optimization to ensure efficient patient experience.
2. Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, financial options, and insurance coverage clearly and professionally.
3. Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, and accounts receivable to maintain fiscal health of the practice.
4. Manage office staff.
5. Utilize Dentrix to manage patient data, appointments, and billing efficiently.
6. Monitor overhead, perform financial management tasks including budgeting and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
7. Facilitate human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a dental office manager.
2. Must be proficient with Dentrix.
3. Excellent communication skills for effectively coordinating between patients, clinical staff, insurance providers, and vendors.
