We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Bilingual Associate Dentist (English & Spanish) to join our growing team on a part-time basis (1–3 days per week).

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, practicing quality dentistry, and working alongside an experienced, supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose treatment needs
• Develop and present treatment plans with clarity and confidence
• Deliver high-quality restorative, preventive, and general dental care
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office team members to provide exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications

• Active Florida Dental License
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
