Overview Established, privately owned dental practice in St Charles is seeking a motivated associate dentist to join our team following the retirement of a long-term associate.
This is a unique opportunity to step into an existing patient base with immediate production potential in a supportive, relationship-focused practice.

Duties
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, and prosthodontics with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop effective treatment plans.
- Utilize dental imaging technology and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
- Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Manage medical records diligently, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation of all procedures performed.
Skills
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Dentrix, or similar systems.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Expertise in general dentistry procedures including restoring single and multi tooth implants and profile prosthesis.
- Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently to optimize patient comfort and clinical productivity.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach tailored to individual needs.
- Familiarity with infection control standards, medical imaging techniques, and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice.
