Thriving, digital, seven op Evanston dental practice is seeking a talented General Dentist to start in July or August (at least one year of practice experience required).
The ideal dentist candidate is a skilled provider focused on providing excellent comprehensive dentistry and is a positive impact to the employee culture! What we offer you:
- Pay: 32.5% adjusted net production (w/initial daily rate)
- Signing bonus: $5,000.00 (least 1 year experience)
- Annual earnings of $254,000 (avg, 1st year)
- School Loan Relief (Annually): $4,000 paid/year directly to your student loans.

Technology and equipment:
- Dentrix Ascend (Cloud Based)
- 2D: Dexis sensors. 3D: Dexis OP3D
- Scanning: iTero 5D Plus at all locations.
- Milling: Glidewell FastMill (Zirconia and hybrid options). 3D Printing: Glidewell FastPrint (Nightguards, retainers, etc)
- Chairs: DCI 5 series with built in electric motor for both restorative and endodontic procedures. Piezos built into each chair along with backup carts
- Restorative materials: Mostly Kerr brand. Burs: Kerr/Colten/SS White
- Clear Aligner brand: Invisalign. All retainers are exclusively Vivera
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes.
- Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities.
- Correct bite issues and overcrowding.
- Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners.
- Prescribe medications such as pain medications or antibiotics.
- Utilize tools such as drills, probes, brushes, to examine and treat teeth.
- Keep accurate records relating to the patient's oral health and the tx rendered to them.
- Manage positively and communicate with team to provide outstanding care to patients.
- Diagnose, tx plan, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestation of systemic diseases.
- Routine follow-up with patients whom you’ve provided treatment via phone or email.
- Manage both patient experiences and patient expectations to create a positive outcome.
Qualifications:
- Active IL dental license (and malpractice insurance).
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records.
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, thorough tx planning skills.
- Strong inter-personal and leadership qualities.
- Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient.
- Implant placement/advanced certification if placing implants or performing specialty work.
- Ability to adapt to Dentologie’s learning environment and be willing to accept constructive feedback and guidance - eager to further enhance your skillset.
