Responsibilities • Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care • Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical history, and current dental conditions • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies tailored to their needs • Take and develop medical imaging such as X-rays while ensuring proper aseptic technique and radiation safety protocols • Monitor infection control procedures, including sterilization of instruments and maintaining a sterile environment in compliance with HIPAA regulations Qualifications • Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist • Proficiency with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix for charting, scheduling, and record management • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards • Excellent patient care skills with a focus on education, assessment, and building trustful relationships General Information • Days needed: Tuesday and Thursday, start date: Aug 4, 2026 • Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 1 hour for lunch 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm • Address: 9615 Kincey Ave. Ste. 105 Huntersville, NC 28078 Join us in making a positive impact on our patients’ smiles!
