Molldrem Family Dentistry is a privately owned, modern dental practice serving the Twin Cities for more than 25 years. We operate two locations in Eden Prairie and Lakeville and are committed to exceptional patient care, strong team culture, and operational excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee operations, lead team performance, improve systems, and help drive continued growth.

Responsibilities Leadership Lead and coach front office and clinical teams Conduct team meetings Manage accountability systems Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training Build a positive workplace culture Financial Performance Monitor production and collections Track KPIs and reporting Improve scheduling efficiency Oversee daily operations Maintain staffing schedules Improve patient experience systems Ensure practice systems are followed consistently Coordinate with vendors and outside partners Growth Increase new patient conversion Improve treatment acceptance Support marketing initiatives Identify operational opportunities for growth

Required Qualifications 3+ years dental management experience Strong understanding of PPO insurance Experience with treatment presentation Experience with collections and AR management Excellent leadership and communication skills KPI and reporting experience

Preferred Qualifications Multi-location management experience Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Curve Dental experience Experience growing a dental practice HR and recruiting experience
