Job Title: Sterilization & Dental Assistant

Our new, state-of-the-art office emphasizes both advanced dental technology and total wellness dentistry. We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our team and support our clinical and administrative operations. Position Overview: This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, organized, and a team player. You will play a vital part in keeping the office running smoothly by assisting in sterilization, hygiene support, and front office duties. Responsibilities: • Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols for all instruments and equipment. • Assist hygienists with patient flow, room preparation, and operatory turnover. • Help ensure the office remains clean, organized, and welcoming for patients. • Support the front office team with scheduling, answering phones, and greeting patients. • Perform other duties as needed to assist both clinical and administrative teams. Qualifications: • Previous dental office or healthcare experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate). • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
